  Here is how you have helped me. I know me and know that I work best when I am held accountable by someone whom I respect, who walks their talk and plays the game of life at a high level. The best analogy I could come up with is this: there is a difference between treating a symptom and the cause. Many coaches/mentors & systems to help improve one’s business focus on “fixing” the symptoms (surface activities) of a realtor’s business and have the realtor ‘try’ new things. You on the other hand go 100+layers deep to find out the cause of the agent/realtors stumbling blocks...the real issues that need to be resolved first. By fixing the cause(s), the symptoms, by default, will be resolved (like a ripple effect).

  Hi Chris,

  I just wanted to say that since I have started your program, I have had more energy and feel more organized. I have made my promises and this actually helps me keep my word to myself a lot more ( who knew?) I have my whole team engaged in doing this activity and they prefer it over our goal setting that we do monthly. My champion list has helped me get over my calling problem. And I like the title of the champion list.
