You have hit the nail right on the head to such a degree that I even see myself and how I avoid the things that I don&#039;t want to do, knowing all the while what I really NEED to do!  I am blessed that after 30 years of doing the &quot;biz&quot;, people call me and I can make a decent living that way (most of the time).  thanks for telling it like it really is and I only wish every newer and struggling agent could read this.  With your permission, I would like to reblog it onto ActiveRain.  I think it&#039;s important and timely and could only serve to benefit a whole lot of agents who are working on their Buyer Presentations this afternoon while watching March Madness.  -- Rick</description>
